Perfumologist

LORIS' curriculum, applied to all store employees under the title of Perfumology, encompasses end-to-end perfume sales expertise and retailing. It is a significant business objective within our corporate culture for sales consultants who interact with our customers face-to-face in stores to receive training as experts in their jobs.

Perfumologists are primarily well-versed in the LORIS brand, understanding our goals, responsibilities, and factors that add value to our brand. They are proficient in our competencies, corporate culture building blocks, and corporate values and actively participate in reflecting these values to our customers.

Perfumology training also extensively covers primary scent education and detailed knowledge of LORIS Perfume’s product range and information. Through their expertise and training, they provide accurate answers to customers’ questions about scents and LORIS Perfume products as they enter our stores. The most significant difference distinguishing LORIS Perfume from similar products and brands is the knowledge and vision of perfumologists

Corporate standards for LORIS Perfume stores, product layouts, and the dress code of the store team form an essential part of the training. Another crucial aspect of Perfumology training is retail training, as LORIS Perfume is a retail sales channel. Starting from the basic definitions of retailing, this module covers a wide range of store management topics, from store opening and closing standards to profitability, efficiency, campaign management, inventory management, and product ordering.

The final stage of training for LORIS Perfumologists, who are well-versed in their brand, scent, and perfume knowledge, and ultimately retailing, is to provide them with knowledge on customer relationship management, sales training, tactics to lead, and strategies to conclude sales successfully.
