Feedback and Reporting

In November, our company consultant, Hakan Okay, provided our office employees a three-hour Feedback and Reporting Training. This training aims to help our employees learn effective feedback techniques and improve their reporting skills. Its content focused on the importance of feedback, methods for giving clear and constructive feedback, integrating received feedback into business processes, and professional reporting techniques. This training, enriched with Hakan Okay’s experiences, aims to help our employees communicate more effectively in business processes and raise their reporting standards.
